Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Within 20-30 days,  eligible garments are refunded for an in-store shopping credit at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in a saleable condition with all original tags attached.


  1. We require a copy of your online receipt and customer information invoices.
  2. Place blouse(s) with all attached tags and extra buttons in original box it was shipped to you in.
  3. Please indicate on the shipping invoices if you care for a return or an exchange of different style or color. (Please allow the invoices not come into contact with the fabric of the blouse as ink used could adhere to blouse).
  4. Drop off return at your local USPS
  5. Once your purchase has been received, please allow up to 21 days to receive a credit back to your credit card it was used to purchase your blouse with.
  6. Send via USPS with insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
  7. No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
  8. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to
    poor packaging


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
